Referral & Rewards Terms

Assukna runs two promotional rewards, each worth $50, credited to a Platform wallet. These terms govern both. They form part of our Terms of Service.

The single most important rule: only your first deposit is ever assessed. If your first deposit is below $1,000, both rewards are lost permanently — for you and for whoever referred you. Depositing more later does not undo it.

1. The two rewards

Referral reward — $50 to the referrer

If someone registers using your referral code and their first deposit is at least $1,000, you receive $50 in your wallet. The person you referred does not receive this reward; you do.

Early-bird reward — $50 to you

If your own first deposit is at least $1,000 and you are among the first 50 users on the Platform to make such a deposit, you receive $50 in your wallet. This reward does not depend on anyone having referred you, and the two rewards can both arise from the same deposit — one to you, one to your referrer.

2. The qualifying deposit

  • Only the first completed deposit on an account is assessed. Later deposits are never assessed, whatever their size.
  • It must be at least $1,000 as a single deposit. Several smaller deposits are not added together to reach the threshold.
  • It must complete — a deposit that fails, is cancelled, or is reversed is not a deposit. Assessment happens when the funds are credited to your wallet.
  • A first deposit below $1,000 permanently forfeits both rewards. The referral is closed as lost at that moment and cannot be reopened.
  • Identity verification (KYC) must be approved before you can deposit at all, so it is a precondition of every reward.

3. Using a referral code

  • Every registered user has their own code, shown on the Referrals tab of your profile. You may share it, but not by spam, paid advertising using our name, impersonating Assukna, or any misleading claim about returns.
  • A code can only be entered during registration. It cannot be added, changed, or applied retrospectively to an existing account, for any reason.
  • An unrecognised or misspelled code is ignored and registration proceeds without a referral. No reward arises later from a code that was not accepted at registration.
  • One referral per referred person. There is no limit on how many different people you may refer.

4. The early-bird cap

The early-bird reward is limited to 50 users in total across the Platform, allocated in the order qualifying first deposits are credited. Once the 50th is allocated the reward closes, whether or not that is announced. Making a qualifying deposit does not reserve a place; only crediting does. A closed early-bird cap does not affect the referral reward, which has no cap.

5. How a reward is paid

  • Rewards are credited in US dollars to your Platform wallet as available balance, and appear in your transaction history as a referral or bonus entry. You will also receive a notification and an email.
  • A reward is not a deposit. It does not count towards your deposit totals and it does not itself qualify anyone for a further reward.
  • Once credited, a reward may be used to invest or withdrawn like any other available balance, subject to the usual verification and review.
  • Rewards carry no interest and are not exchangeable for anything other than their wallet value.
  • Crediting is automatic and normally immediate on the qualifying deposit. If a technical failure delays it, tell us and we will credit it manually — your entitlement does not depend on our system working.

6. Abuse

We may withhold, reverse, or reclaim a reward, and suspend or close the accounts involved, where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • self-referral, including through a second account, or accounts created to farm rewards;
  • use of another person’s identity, or registering on someone’s behalf without their knowledge;
  • a deposit made to trigger a reward and withdrawn without a genuine intention to use the Platform;
  • false or misleading promotion of Assukna, including claims about guaranteed or expected returns;
  • any breach of our Terms of Service or AML & KYC Policy.

We will tell you if we do this and why. If you disagree, use our Complaints & Dispute Resolution procedure.

7. Tax

A reward may be taxable where you live. Any such tax is yours to declare and pay. We do not withhold tax on rewards and we do not give tax advice.

8. A reward is not investment advice

Neither reward is a reason to invest. Depositing $1,000 to obtain $50 is not a return on capital, and money invested through the Platform is at risk of total loss. Read the Risk Disclosure and the Exit & Liquidity policy before deciding. Do not encourage anyone to invest more than they can afford to lose in order to earn you a referral reward.

9. Changing or ending the programme

We may change these terms, change the amounts or the threshold, or end either reward at any time, by publishing the change here with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively. A reward already credited is not taken back because the programme changed, and a referral already registered is assessed under the terms in force when it was registered.
